Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Two or more cancellations within 24 hours of the service may result in refusal of service in the future.
Rescheduling can be done through your account under "my bookings", but cancellations MUST be done by sending an email to beautybotoxbrenda@gmail.com
Please notify us if you will be late to your appointment, and how late you will be. Depending on the schedule of your injector, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
